MXI CHOCOLATE INVESTIGATED BY “AUSTRALIA FTC” – RECEIVES “CLEAN BILL”
CONSUMER AWARNESS INSTITUTE NOTES FRAUDULENT ATTACKs AGAINST MLM’s
THIS MLM CHOCOLATE COMPANY & THE MLM INDUSTRY ARE WRONGFULLY TARGETED
YOUR COMPANY COULD BE NEXT
~ATTACK #1 By SYDNEY MORNING HERALD –
Sydney Morning Herald writer Debra Jopson went to The Australia Fair Trading Minister, Linda Burney, asking said her office to investigate whether the MXI – Xocai operation was an illegal pyramid-selling scheme or not. After her investigation, Ms. Burney concluded that MXI is operating legally and consequently gave MXI “a clean bill of health.” MXI is a legal and legitimate MLM – Network Marketing Company. A notable “watchdog” website notified Linda Burney of these fraudulent claims against MXI (Xocai) and also contacted the Sydney Morning Herald newspaper in order to inform them that one of their reporters “got taken hook line and sinker” by fraudulent claims instigated by the Consumer Awareness Institute (ergo: fraud by omission).
~ATTACK #2 By SYDNEY MORNING HERALD –
Sydney Morning Herald writer Debra Jopson went to The Australia Therapeutic Goods Administration (ATGA) and received these results regarding MXI: A Bill of No Action (i.e. “Clean”) from the Administration.
~XOCAI OWNERS HISTORY:
Jeanette was a teacher – Teachers make some of the very best selling Network Marketers because they can “duplicate.” In 1982 Jeanette started Yurika Foods out of Michigan. Jeanette was V.P. of Marketing. The Company was an MLM Boomer. The best attribute regarding Yurika was their products’ taste; they tasted good.
In 1988, Jeanette and Martin Brooks founded Phoenix International Corporation, another boomer MLM company out of Sparks, Nevada. It is still a legend in the Network Marketing Industry because the products were: (1) Sold in the weight loss category and (2) They tasted good. The Company (PHOENIX) DID NOT GO BANKRUPT as fraudulently reported elsewhere on the Internet. The Phoenix Cookie Company simply faded away – running its course, like many trend businesses do.
KEVIN MIRCH, WHO BROUGHT ACTIONS AGAINST THE BROOKS – WAS AND IS NOW DISBARRED.
The State Bar of Nevada recommended to the state Supreme Court that Mirch be disbarred, an action stemming from a lawsuit (filed by Mirch in 2002) which was deemed frivolous.
The watch-dog research team could NOT find any supposed FDA warning letters to Jeanette Brooks and/or Pure De-lite based on its’ extensive research conducted on the FDA website from 2004 – 2008. Conclusion: This proved to be a Fraud Statement on a fraudulent website. This fraudulent website lied that the Pure De-lite Chocolate owned by Jeanette Brooks was hit by the FDA. Investigation proved that the entire low carb food Industry got the same letter not just Pure De-lite Products Inc. So the negative information you see in other websites – unless it says that over 300+ companies got the same FDA letter which was a mass mailing by the FDA on carbohydrates and labeling – is fabricated. These fraudulent statements about the FDA warning letters is just part of the unscrupulous attack on MXI chocolate.
