The MXI Auto-Ship Customer Loyalty Program is designed to reward those members of your Xocai Healthy Chocolate Family who continue to purchase products via our MXI Corp auto-ship program.  The Xocai Customer Loyalty Program is available to newly enrolled Affiliates (and higher) who:
(1) Join after October 4, 2010 and
(2) Establish an auto-ship order at the time of their enrollment.

The Loyalty Program is available for 12 months from the date of enrollment.  FREE Xocai products may be earned by maintaining an active auto-ship order for two or more consecutive auto-ships.  Every two consecutive auto-ship orders you purchase, you will earn FREE product on with a Buy 2 Cases — Get 1 Case FREE offer!

~An Example:
Two consecutive Xocai auto-ship orders (for one box of Xocai Nuggets, for example) entitles you to select 1 FREE box of Xocai chocolate (or another product of equal or lesser purchase price but excludes shipping, handling and any applicable taxes).  Your FREE Xocai product will be delivered when you purchase your 3rd auto-ship order.

~Products of Equal or Lesser Value Purchase Price:
-Purchasing two High-Antioxidant Meal-Replacement Shakes allows you to = select ANY FREE Xocai product.
-Purchasing two 48-packs of the Xe Xocai Energy drink earns = any FREE product except the Meal-Replacement Shake.
-Purchasing two Xocai Variety Packs earns = any FREE product except the Meal-Replacement Shake and Xe Energy drink.
-Purchasing any two of the Xocai solid chocolate products earns = any of the solid chocolate products except Variety Pack.

~Shipping will be charged on FREE product and will be billed when FREE Xocai product is shipped with 3^rd auto-ship.

~The Process:
During the first 12 months of continuous auto-ship purchases, your FREE product earned from:  The first-and-second (1), fourth-and-fifth (2), seventh-and-eighth (3), and tenth-and-eleventh (4) auto-ship orders = will be delivered with your 3^rd, 6^th, 9^th, and 12^th auto-ship orders respectively.  So basically, your FREE Xocai product will be shipped with every 3^rd Auto-Ship order.  Immediately after every 2^nd auto-ship order, you will receive an email notification with a web link to your Back-Office.  By clicking on this link, you will be redirected to your Back-Office where you will be able to select your FREE product.

Affiliates and higher are allowed to SKIP one auto-ship without losing their Auto-Ship Loyalty privileges.
However, if you STOP your auto-ship, you are no longer eligible to participate in the Xocai Auto-Ship Loyalty Program.
