First 48 Hours:

It is very important that within your first few days, preferably your first 48 hours, that you have a Strategic Planning Session with your sponsor or Up-line Support Team (UST).  At this Strategic Planning Session, you’ll be introduced to a checklist covering all the necessary steps to building a successful Xocai business.  You’ll also get a much clearer understanding of the income potential for each Xocai Rank and the necessary trainings that will increase your knowledge level for Sales, MLM, Network Marketing and Direct Sales.

~You should start thinking — What do I truly want to accomplish with my new Xocai business?

* What’s important to you?

* What would you do with the extra income?

* What’s the most important goal you want to achieve?  In the next 30 days?  60 days?  90 days?  1 year?

* How soon do you want to accomplish these goals?

* What are you willing to give to accomplish these goals (in terms of time, energy and financial investment)?

 

During the Strategic Planning Session, you will have the opportunity to ask questions and to have a specific, customized “Action Plan” developed just for you.
(If your sponsor does not set a Planning Session for you, contact them or someone else in your Up-line Support Team for this help.)

 

Your Sponsor should give you a Starter Kit and Business Builder Manual as soon as you enroll.  You will give your Sponsor your Starter Kit when your order comes in.

For those of you in countries that do not yet have Starter Kits, much of what you need is found online as you will see as you go through the online checklist below.
