Paula Pritchard was pursuing her doctorate degree while teaching at Kent State University when she was introduced to Amway. Out of a million distributors at the time, Paula became the first single woman in North America to reach the coveted Diamond position.
Kathy Robbins owned her own successful financial firm when she was first introduced to Network Marketing by a client named Paula Pritchard. With part-time effort she reached the top position with that Network Company in just 8 months. She eventually sold her financial firm and partnered up with Paula.
They have risen to the highest possible position and income levels with a number of network marketing companies, building organizations of over 200,000 distributors, across more than 15 countries, producing hundreds of millions of dollars in business. Together they have spearheaded the expansion of four of those companies into Europe.

Derrick Winkel had been involved with the same Network Marketing Company since 1985. He was very successful in this company, making millions, building an international company. He achieved the highest position in that company. When he was introduced to the idea of Healthy chocolate, he was intrigued. He’d never heard of healthy chocolate and realized that it had great market potential.
Derrick says “the product is a marketers dream and the owners are a distributors dream“. Since joining the MXI team in June 2005, he has become an MXI Multi-Millionaire Member and with the help of dedicated, amazing leaders, he has achieved the highest position in MXI. Derrick has had more fun in the last 5 plus years, eating and sharing chocolate than he has in his many years in Network Marketing. His dream has come true being able to help people achieve their goals and reach their own dreams!

We were introduced to this life changing industry back in 1988. We saw average people earning above average incomes and beyond and we wanted to know how to do it too. We saw this industry change lives.

Double Diamond Executives
March 23 2007 was the date we joined the Xocai Healthy Chocolate family. The initial goal was to find a natural functional food to help me deal with the aches and pains of playing in the NFL. Who would have thought chocolate would be the answer.
To find out that MXI has a Field Advisory Board (FAB) was a bit of a surprise for us. You just don’t witness everyday a company of this caliber allowing a division of the distributor network to have a voice in the direction of the company. After playing nine years in the NFL and owning several companies, it’s very refreshing to merge into a business model of this nature. Another reason to recognize how special MXI is. With that being said, Raina and I consider it an unexpected honor to serve as FAB members for 2011. We look forward to not only acquiring a deeper understanding of the company’s path to the top but also serving as ambassadors for our Team.
To the rest of the network, the time is now and this is our year. Let’s go build this chocolate dynasty one Teammate at a time!

Originally, Sandy Chambers was a high school teacher for 4 years and had made the head of department position in her second year of teaching! She entered Direct Sales in order to stay home with her 3 children and have the freedom of her own business!
She started with Mary Kay Cosmetics in 1979; became a Director in her first year ; was for 8 years in a row the top Director in personal sales and earned 4 pink Buicks in her 13 year career with them! Sandy left Mary Kay to go in to Network Marketing which she found more lucrative. In the first year with Lifestyles, a diet cookie company, she became their first Canadian National Marketing Director and ended up making 6 times the monthly income she was accustomed to.
Sandy left after 5 years to go into other companies. What she was looking for, she found in MXI- a consummable product everyone wants, the right timing, an honest company, and a generous compensation plan!
Connie Hollstein

Upon graduating from college, Connie began teaching high school. Although she loved her students and teaching, she found that the income she earned wouldn’t support her dreams for the future. So, she ventured out into a new career…commercial real estate. Fortunately, the timing was good and the income was better. However, Connie realized that with earning those nice six figures, she had lost all the time freedom she had when teaching. Being self employed, she was working 24/7 and still working around everyone else’s demands and schedules. There was no time to enjoy her friends and family.
After working hard for 20 years Connie discovered that she was still trading time for money. When she quit teaching, the income stopped. When she quit real estate, the income stopped. She said most people don’t make money when they don’t work. She believed there had to be a better way to live life.
So, on to her next venture. Connie discovered the network marketing industry; and, more importantly Healthy Chocolate!
Without a doubt, this was the best business decision of her life. She is still working, but earning a lucrative income (which will continue whether she chooses to stop working or not); and, it’s fun!
She says she has finally found the time freedom she dreamed of so long ago. Her daughter, Summer, will be able to graduate from college debt free! Her retirement worries are over. She has an international family. And, it all began with Chocolate!
