You ever met someone that wastes their good time pursuing negative obsessions?
Please meet Mark Ellins from St. Augustine, Florida (guilty as charged).
As hard as I work every day to give MLM a good name, build confidence in the mlm industry and do the right things for others, I sincerely find it crazy that there still are “certain distributors” out there (Mark Ellins in St. Augustine, Florida) who want to purposefully damage Network Marketing’s good name and erase others well-deserve, clean reputation. Here’s a man, that for his own reasons, believes that Xocai is not a good fit for him; it happens. So, Mark Ellins quickly moves on to another company (Waiora); that happens too. I’m happy he moved on. However, instead of spending his valuable time finding new people to join him in his next mlm adventure, he has misguidedly targeted Xocai distributors to harass that were not part of his organization to begin with and who don’t want to be continually harassed by him.
Direct Selling News (renown mlm industry magazine) addresses MLM ethics in every issue: Quoted from DSA.com
(DSA Logo: “Ethics – Trust – Confidence”)
“… Usually there’s a viable reason to play dirty tricks and “slander” others… Surely, there’s a good reason in this scenario, right? Like maybe some jerk took advantage of innocent people through a bad business deal that cost dozens of people thousands of dollars (a Scam) – and retribution is needed by the universe in order to return the balance to “The Force.” Ahhhhhhh, nope – it’s just about “greed and unprofessionalism.” You Can Do Better!
Good people of the internet (Network Marketers), are we really going to stand by and let this evil prevail?
No. No, we will not!
DSA.org: “…Scam! The number one mistake people make in mlm is focusing on the negative aspects of what should have been…” So, in an effort to reveal this misguided MLM deception by an unethical Waiora Distributor, I’ve decided to help the good, honest people of the cyber world to see these “unethical tactics” and expose Mark Ellins, Waiora Distributor, true colors. You deserve to know about his “ethics” so you won’t fall victim to other similar “Mark Ellins.” This is the right thing to do. For those of you that might be confused regarding how mlm ethics work, we are a MLM community of ethical people – except a few “bad apples” (and man, they’re sour!).
These uncouth Waiora MLM Distributors, who according to their website are Waiora Top Performers, only want to fight and argue with Xocai Distributors – Xocai Leadership. Their goal is to bash Xocai, our Healthy Chocolate Products and fight with Xocai Leaders in order to gain personally. Slandering others is lame. Doesn’t this sound like MLM from the 1980’s? Greed is still unacceptable, right? I thought we were all passed this silliness, aren’t we? When did belittling others become politically correct/acceptable? Never!
On March 24th, Waiora Distributor, Mark Ellins (St. Augustine, Florida) directed an very combative email toward Xocai Leadership telling them:
“We plan to spend … our future prospecting time on existing Xocai distributors…” “…including you and anyone else (in Xocai) we … find…”
Mark Ellins –
I invite you to take “the high road” and stop defaming others in Xocai for no reason.
Waiora Corporate –
I call upon you to uphold your distributor behavior guidelines.
Waiora “Policies and Procedures” (Page 12) states what should be done (CLICK HERE)
VII. Distributor Compliance and Disciplinary Action
~Compliance
It is mandatory that all Waiora Distributors strictly comply
with all of Waiora’s Policies & Procedures. The Policies &
Procedures have been prepared for the protection of Waiora
and its Distributors. Because violations can jeopardize
both Waiora’s business and yours, they will be considered
extremely serious and can result in termination and the loss
of all Distributor benefits. Each Distributor agrees to indemnify
and hold harmless Waiora, its management and officers, and
any of its affiliated companies from any claim, action or liability
asserted arising out of the Distributor’s actions, omissions or
representations in sponsoring or conducting the Distributor’s
independent Waiora business (see “Termination Procedure”).
~Termination Procedure; Disciplinary Actions
In the event Waiora verifies a material violation of the Distributor
Agreement, the company can elect to terminate the offending
Distributor.
