The Brunswick Labs Certified Program is a quality assurance program that issues certification to products which have met strict criteria for some of Brunswick Labs most popular antioxidant tests-including our ORAC suite.

What criteria are used?
In order for a product to achieve Brunswick Labs certification, it must be tested on a lot-to-lot basis (minimum 4 lots per year, see HowTo/Submit Sample/Testing protocol) and represent test results accurately and responsibly in its marketing materials. Lot-to-lot testing is important because it is the best way to guarantee that consumers actually receive the benefits claimed in the products they purchase.
How much does certification cost?
There are two parts to the Brunswick Labs Certified program. The first is an annual certification fee (call for price) for each product certified. The second part is the regular testing fee.
How will Brunswick monitor and encourage program compliance?
There are three simple steps to monitor program compliance. First, Brunswick Labs will monitor product marketing materials. Second, we will periodically purchase the product and randomly obtain inventory from product companies. Third, we will list products and companies’ valid certifications on our website.
Why doesn’t the Brunswick Labs Certified symbol show actual values?
The Brunswick Labs Certified symbols are simple, vibrant visual guarantees that products meet the highest antioxidant testing standards. One of these standards is that all certified product labeling, promotional, and other marketing material report test values accurately and responsibly.

How to use the Brunswick Labs Certified Seal?
Language Guidelines
The Brunswick Labs Certified Seal demonstrates that a product bearing the seal has met specific antioxidant testing criteria performed by Brunswick Labs. It only certifies antioxidant testing of that product. Language used on the certified product labels or marketing materials may not state or suggest otherwise.

Printing Guidelines-
Size: We recommend that the Seal be reproduced at no smaller that 1/2 inch (1.27 cm) in diameter in order to preserve visibility and legibility.
Colors: The Seal must be reproduced in the PMS colors designated by Brunswick Labs in the original artwork.
Other: The Seal must be reproduced in its entirety. It may not be cropped, obscured, or otherwise altered in any way.
